A good way to do this is to stop and take the time to look at what is happening around us as fate drops things in our lives. Look at the instance from all sides. More likely than not, there will be some hidden joy and lesson that will overall benefit you. We may not be able to choose what happens in our lives, but we can certainly choose to retain our power by handling strife well.
